Mr Amar Alwitry (pronounced all-wit-ree) is an experienced Ophthalmologist and Eye Surgeon. He has written two text books and edited a third. He has published more than 35 research articles and has a Masters in Medical Law. He is an NHS Consultant working at the new Royal Derby Hospital and works privately in hospitals in Derby, Nottingham and Loughborough.
